The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation will be held at 9 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
The Annual Meeting will take place virtually via live audio webcast which can be accessed by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/FUN2025. Because the meeting is being conducted virtually shareholders will not be able to attend in person.
Only stockholders that held shares as of the close of business on April 28, 2025, are entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting and at any adjournments or postponements of the meeting.
