Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is firmly committed to the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness in all aspects of its business relationships with vendors, customers, employees, investors and others. Management of the company is thus committed to the highest standards of accuracy and accountability with regard to its financial reporting and internal controls, and expects the same of each of its employees.
A hotline has been established for employees and others to report any known or suspected situations which violate these fundamental principles and standards within the company.
When submitting a case to the hotline, individuals should select one of the following categories:
Business Integrity
Includes concerns related to bribery and illicit payments, conflicts of interest, insider trading, falsification of documents, improper business practices or suspicious activity, failure to follow confidentiality protocols, misuse of personal or confidential information, failure to follow established company policy, or misuse of information technology resources.
Financial Reporting and Asset Protection
Includes concerns related to fraud, financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, or asset protection.
All incidents reported through the hotline will be investigated under the direction of the Audit and Finance Committee of Six Flags Board of Directors. The information you provide will be kept confidential.
